Designed for children aged 3+, it helps parents introduce these topics in a way that feels natural, empowering and easy to understand. This interactive busy book aligns with the NSW schooling curriculum on consent and teaches essential skills to keep your child safe.

Through interactive activities, your child will explore important body safety concepts including:
- My body belongs to me — understanding body ownership and personal boundaries
- I can say NO — learning that it is okay to say no when something doesn't feel right
- Safe and unsafe touch — beginning to understand the difference between touches that are okay and touches that are not
- Speaking up — learning that they can tell a trusted adult if something worries, confuses or upsets them
- My safety team — identifying the trusted adults they can turn to for help
- Safe and unsafe secrets — understanding that some secrets should never be kept
- Listening to their feelings — recognising that their body can give them clues when something doesn't feel right
- Tricky situations — learning simple strategies for responding when someone asks them to do something that makes them uncomfortable

A little preparation is required before your child can start using the book but we have included everything you need.
